Refund & Service Policy



At My Brow & Lash Threading Studio, we take pride in providing quality services with care and professionalism. Please review our policies below:

  • Services Rendered: All services are non-refundable once they have been completed. Results may vary from client to client based on individual factors (such as natural lashes, hair, or skin), and dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome does not indicate a defect in service.

  • Corrections/Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment if applicable.

  • No-Show/Cancellation: Appointments not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • Products: Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Opened products are non-refundable.
